At Evangel, we want to make sure all of our members know how to share the gospel of Jesus Christ effectively and compassionately with people.  In Matthew 28, our Lord commissioned all believers, whether they lived in the 1st century or whether they live in the 21st century, to "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations."  As Christians, we cannot make disciples unless we first share the gospel, and we will not share the gospel unless we know how to.

This is why, on September 26th, we will have "One Verse Evangelism" training in all of our Adult Bible Fellowship classes.  This is a simple, yet effective evangelism training tool that uses Romans 6:23 ("For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.") to explain our need for a Savior and the remedy given to us in Jesus Christ.  Join us on this Sunday morning as we learn how to share the Good News of the gospel!
